ABOUT THE FIRM

Washington Alliance Capital, LLC was established in 2009.  The firm was established to offer institutional and high net worth clients a stable portfolio of real estate assets to fulfill specific investment goals and risk management requirements.

The operating principals have a combined 75+ years of capital markets, private equity, venture capital, real estate and investment management experience. The operating principals all share a stringent ethical standard and believe that commitment and honest hard work can combine to provide long-term success and profitability.

Washington Alliance views real estate as a conservative asset class.  Historically, certain sectors within the real estate asset class have out-performed traditional asset classes and inflation but have exhibited only half the risk of traditional asset classes.  These unique characteristics make stable core real estate a conservative way to achieve dependable positive real rates of return over time.  During periods when real estate assets produce extraordinary absolute and relative returns, Washington Alliance intends to capitalize fully on the upside potential and minimize potential downside lows by investing in stable long-term growth markets.
